The Peninsula Beijing

This luxury hotel is my absolute favorite, a true 'white moonlight' in my heart. The bedding is unbeatable, the service is warm and friendly, and the overall experience is perfect, just as it was during my last stay in Bangkok. The spa is equally remarkable, offering peace and comfort. This time, I was upgraded to a Grand Premium room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The only minor drawback is perhaps that the building is older, so the ceiling height is a bit lower, but this doesn't detract from the overall excellent experience. The smart home controls throughout the room were responsive, and the control tablet never lagged. What surprised me most was that the bathroom fixtures were by Dornbracht – I don't even need to elaborate on the quality of such faucets, it just shows how much was invested in the renovation, down to every little detail. I truly believe this is a hotel worth visiting multiple times!

Facilities: The sofa had a slight musty smell. Hygiene: Very good. Environment: Very good. Service: The dining could use improvement; finding hair in the food is simply unacceptable. Overall: Fairly satisfactory.

The room size was decent. However, the lobby was often crowded, and there were always queues at the two front desk counters. While the facilities are a bit newer than the Peninsula Shanghai, the breakfast area in the lobby was really chaotic.

Great service, good hygiene, and a nice environment. The facilities are very new and smart. I'll definitely come again.

The all-suite rooms are spacious with elegant Chinese decor, and the service is meticulous and attentive, offering a full concierge-style experience. Downstairs, the Michelin-starred JING French restaurant, Huang Ting Cantonese restaurant, and the lobby's afternoon tea are all excellent. You don't even need to leave the hotel to enjoy a one-stop dining and shopping experience, with consistently high-quality offerings. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing!

Five-star review! The Peninsula Beijing's service is impeccable, and a special shout-out to butler ALEN! He was incredibly patient during check-in, explaining all the room amenities, and was super responsive. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent smart facilities. From check-in to check-out, the service was thoughtful and attentive, striking the perfect balance. The location is superb, within walking distance to Wangfujing and the Forbidden City, making travel incredibly convenient. ALEN's meticulous and warm service truly made the entire trip incredibly enjoyable. I'll definitely ask for him again on my next stay!

The service was incredibly responsive, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially the egg dishes. The room's central control system was very high-tech. The hotel also offered a wide array of services. I stayed in a two-story suite this time. There was an excellent selection of pillows, and the mattress firmness was perfect for Chinese preferences. The rooftop bar on the 14th floor offers stunning sunset views. On a clear day, sitting there and watching the sunset brings a wonderful sense of peace.
